The gaming pillow is a very interesting project for us:

1. This product uses traditional materials but is indeed a new thing. Its emergence coincides with the popularization of PSP and mobile games, along with changes in people's lifestyles and sitting postures.

2. The shipping packaging must consider the transportation volume.

3. The sales channel is e-commerce platforms, but the photo shooting needs to abandon traditional angles and use avant-garde and special lenses to showcase the lifestyle that young people enjoy.

It is a typical case of innovation in a traditional product, so in this case, we adopted a packaging design similar to traditional latex pillows using vacuum packaging technology. The cardboard box needs to be strong enough to prevent significant size changes caused by inflation. For photography, we used an overhead angle, which allows us to clearly see both the screen content and the usage scenario of the product, making the main image stand out among many product pages.

Smart door locks not only have the structure of traditional locks but also possess intelligent control features, making it a highly challenging case for flat design. We need to consider how to present all necessary information clearly and accurately within a single visual frame for consumers.

We categorized all the information as follows:

1. Information needed before purchase (e.g., door thickness, hole size, etc.)

2. Information required during installation (such as installation steps)

3. Information needed during usage (like operational steps)

Based on these categories, we designed the visuals to make it easier for consumers to receive the information without getting overwhelmed by too much data.

The processing of the rings completely relies on the manual operation of workers. The operation results of the same process by different workers are likely to be different. This will lead to fluctuations in the quality of products in the same batch. 

During the inspection process, understanding the standards of the quality inspection process before the products leave the factory is important, it is also necessary to deeply understand whether there are corresponding measures in the entire processing process to avoid possible human - caused quality defects, such as standard fixtures, SOP standard operating procedures, QC control systems, etc.
